  • Guidelines for being an effective FDR supervisor

  • How to manage FDR supervision becoming counselling?
  • Understanding the difference between Coaching, counselling, therapy and FDR
  • Time management of supervision
  • Frequency of help
  • How to ensure supervision is helpful?
